Our self defense classes include a hybrid of styles, from krav maga to aikido, designed to keep you safe. Kids' programs also include bullying awareness, Internet safety, and other strategies to resolve conflict and stay safe.

At 3Squared, we combine fitness and technique so that no matter what happens, you'll be prepared to defend yourself. Battle-tested self defense technique for ages 12 and up
Our self defense technique is a hybrid class of proven styles of combat and defense, including Krav Maga and Aikido. Students learn hand-to-hand combat, escapes from common street attacks, street smarts, and rules of engagement, building confidence and improving overall fitness.

Krav Fit class's at 3 Squared Self Defense are about one thing: Motivating you to take the first steps in self transformation. We specialize in getting you off the couch and moving more, learning to set goals, and setting you up for success. Our curriculum includes fun workouts that make you want to get on the ground for one more push-up (seriously!), plus information on nutrition, midweek mini motivators, and a community to cheer you on to your fitness and health goals.
